A delicious snack or starter. Great for sharing.

Ingredients

  • 200 g frozen edamame

  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

  • 2 tsp togarashi

Preparation

  1. Bring a pot of water to the boil. Once boiling, add the frozen edamame and cook for 4 minutes until bright green in colour. Drain the edamame after cooking.

  2. Heat up a wok or fry pan and add the sesame oil. Fry the edamame for 2-3 minutes until they're lightly charred in some places.

  3. Add the togarashi and toss the edamame to cover.

  4. Serve hot.
