1/2 cup raspberry puree
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Preparation
Gather the ingredients.
Add all the ingredients, except oil to a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
Slowly add in the oil until well combined.
Transfer your salad dressing to a glass bottle for storage (mason jars work well), and shake it up just before serving.
