Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup salacca puree

  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

  • 2 teaspoons sugar

  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Preparation

  1. Gather the ingredients.

  2. Add all the ingredients, except oil to a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.

  3. Slowly add in the oil until well combined.

  4. Transfer your salad dressing to a glass bottle for storage (mason jars work well), and shake it up just before serving.
